The SE will be responsible for uncovering whitespace opportunities, building relationships across all customer organizations, and educating key stakeholders within customer base.

They need to be consistently growing their pipeline and closing new services and technology contracts. The SE will need to collaborate with internal resources to identify solutions and meet customer needs.

  • Perform costbenefit/needs analyses, create proposals/solutions (including SOW), etc. to meet the needs of potential external customers (including defining new growth account plans and driving sales pursuits), and close sales. Achieve sales quotas within assigned area.
  • Identify and build relationships/effective partnerships with customers. Design and deliver valueadded sales presentations (ie. brackets, 11s, power points, etc) to key decisionmakers, industry experts, etc. Act as a liaison between customer and the company to resolve issues and close sales.
  • Identify and build relationships/effective partnerships with internal key stakeholders/partners and internal resources (including Consulting, Marketing, Proposal Services, etc.).
  • Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management at multiple levels including VP/CIO.
  • Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization including experience in overseeing multidelivery. Industry Knowledge of IT services and major OEM technologies.
  • Excellent sales, account & delivery skills with relevant IT/Product categories.
  • Experience preparing, writing, creating, and delivering valueadd sales solution presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to navigate digital tools including social media platforms.
  • History of successfully selling into Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Understanding of (or ability to quickly learn) service desk, dispatched services, life cycle services, Microsoft modern desktop, collaboration tools, and major OEM technologies and solutions.
  • Experienced Sales person in advanced technologies, networking servers, storage and services, and projects associated with these.
