With over 10 years in the landscaping and renovations industry, YardMasters is looking for a Professional Carpenter to join our workforce.


Job Duties:

Yardmasters is looking for a Professional Carpenter with an eye for design and strong attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced individual who has a passion for perfection in the carpentry world and will not settle for anything less.

The Carpenter must be willing to work in a team as well as individually.

The Specifics:

  • Build, design, and construct decks, fences, gazebos, pergolas, sheds, and more.
  • Build and work with framing, trim, and doors.
  • Operate machinery such as a skid steer and all power tools, hand tools, and equipment to complete the job.
  • Prepare job sites prior to the beginning of a job.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for a project.
  • Read and interpret structural drawings and designs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Working in all weather conditions, rain or shine

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in carpentry/woodworking/framing would be essential.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in carpentry, and general construction.
  • Problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Valid G license and own vehicle.
  • Must be able to drive a truck and trailer.

What We Offer:

  • Hours of work: Fulltime, 40 hours a week. Day shifts with possible night and weekend shifts may be required.
  • Starting wage: To be determined.
