We are hiring an Optical Technical Marketing Manager to join our team of Sales and Technical Marketing to support major telecommunications networking equipment OEMs.


What You Will Do

  • Develops and maintains relationship with customer's engineering groups.
  • Participates in product roadmap exchange with customer.
  • Responsible for designin technical activities to assigned customers, including concept promotion,specifications negotiation,, and RFI/RFQ response with internal support.
  • Coordinates technical support of released products.
  • Coordinates all level of resources of the company to win designin opportunities and resolve technical issues.
  • Understands customer needs and provides input to Molex internal product roadmap development.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in physics, electrical engineering or related majors. Advanced degree is desired.
  • At least 4 years prior experience in optical industry.
  • Experience in optical engineering, sales, marketing, program management, or product line management.
  • Knowledge of Wavelength Management products for optical communication, including WDM, amplifier components and modules or WSS ROADM solutions.
  • Experience communicating with cross functional teams
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Experience working with multifunctional internal team
  • Experience driving teams to deliver the results.
