Le titulaire aura comme mandat, en tant qu'Architecte de solution Sécurité de l'information, d'effectuer l'analyse des besoins de l'entreprise en fonction de son secteur et de diriger l'évolution des solutions informatiques afin de rencontrer les besoins selon les orientations stratégiques données par la direction des systèmes d'information. Il doit s'assurer de maintenir des liens étroits avec les parties prenantes des opérations relatives à son secteur.

Responsabilités Spécifiques

• Être responsable du design, de la configuration, du développement, des tests et des mises en production des outils impliqué dans la sécurité de l'information.

• Agir comme référence, et au besoin comme formateur, auprès des membres de la sécurité de l'information et des centres de compétence reliés à la sécurité de l'information.

•Réaliser l'analyse des besoins de l'évolution des outils assurant la sécurité de l'information en fonction des objectifs des clients internes.

• Effectuer et appliquer une veille constante des écarts entre les besoins spécifiques requis par le marché et les fonctionnalités offertes par nos solutions en assurant les communications avec les clients internes.

• Assure la mise en œuvre et l'évolution de l'architecture de sécurité de l'information en élaborant les orientations, les pratiques et les approches requises, afin de soutenir les orientations stratégiques.

• Collaborer et assister aux activités d'architecture et d'analyse des solutions et s'assurer de maintenir à jour les documents de la sécurité de l'information en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe.

• Participer activement à des projets ad hoc ainsi qu'à des requêtes de changement de son secteur, jusqu'à la mise en production, y compris les tests d'acceptation des utilisateurs et le support suivant l'implantation

• Être responsable de l'activité de contrôle de qualité des solutions de la sécurisation de l'information, soit par la coordination, la préparation, la réalisation et la validation des activités de réalisation et assurer l'encadrement des participants et la validation des documents produits.

• Assurer un soutien aux di9érents secteurs de l'entreprise dans son domaine d'expertise pour l'utilisation et la configuration des différents produits utilisés.

• Participer à la réingénierie des processus de travail, des méthodes et procéduresd'utilisation, à l'élaboration des démarches d'implantation, des questions complexes, de la préparation des communiqués, etc.

• Participer à l'harmonisation des processus de plusieurs systèmes en respectant les méthodes, normes, politiques et procédures en vigueur dans son secteur

• Entretenir des relations avec les directeurs de développements applicatifs, les spécialistes des autres centres de compétences SI de Metro, les consultants externes et les diverses unités d'affaires. Critères D'admissibilité

• Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent

• Connaissance des concepts et pratiques de la gestion de la sécurité de l'information

• 7 ans d'expérience en sécurité de l'information

• Détenir des certifications professionnelles pertinentes, par exemple CISSP, CEH, GIAC (GCIH, GPEN).

• Connaissance techniques générales: réseautique, systèmes d'exploitation, développement, bases de données etc.

• Bilinguisme essentiel (oral et écrit)

• Forte maitrise de l'environnement Microsoft Office

• Le titulaire devra se déplacer occasionnellement entre les différents sites (Laval, Montréal, Varennes, Ontario) Compétences

• Orienté vers le client et les résultats

• Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale

• Sait vulgariser et synthétiser des sujets complexes et plus techniques

• Fort esprit d'équipe

• Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément

• Fort esprit d'analyse

• Autonome et rigoureux
