Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.


As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be involved in executing the full cycle recruitment process within our Ontario Construction Division.

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing of qualified applicants and will play a critical role in ensuring the company is identifying and hiring the best possible talent while also contributing to strategic recruitment activities.


This full-time remote position includes Health Benefits and a company match RRSP from day 1 of employment as well as opportunities for future growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the fullcycle recruitment process, including prescreening, shortlisting, scheduling, conducting interviews and selection.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and costeffective sourcing strategies
  • Facilitate interviews for internal and external applicants by coordinating schedules
  • Perform other special projects, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 23 years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a highvolume construction environment.
  • Previous experience using Indeed for sourcing
  • Advanced level sourcing and engagement skills using an ATS (such as Taleo), Linkedin Recruiter, personal networks, and other sources is preferred.
  • Avid networker with a clientfacing demeanor
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and partake in Human Resources duties outside of the scope of recruitment, when required
  • Indepth experience of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
