Description

The clerk responsible for the boutique manages the merchandise of the department while providing good customer service by responding to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide exemplary customer serviceOrder merchandiseSet-up promotional displays (end caps, shelves...) Manage returns and surplus merchandiseKeep planograms up to dateManage expired productsEnsure boutique department standards are maintainedManage prices

Requisite skills and knowledge:

Secondary School diplomaHighly developed customer service and communication skillsResponsible and dynamicGood knowledge of both French and English

The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).

Education : High School Diploma (DES) - Not completed
Experience : 3 to 5 years experience
French Language : Very good knowledge
English Language : No knowledge
Other : Word, Excel, P.O.S
