Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a crew of paving workers
  • Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the crew
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and deadlines
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and procedures
  • Oversee the project on site and manage all aspects of rubber paving
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues

Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Extensive knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques and practices
  • Proficiency in English or/and French
  • Experience in landscape maintenance and general labour
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and crew members
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
