Dozer Operator
DB Bobcat Services Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced dozer operator with a minimum 5 years' construction industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have GPS (Trimble) experience and be fully capable of quality finish/grade work. Operators must also be experienced in digging underground utilities and conducting trench work which meets OH&S requirements and DB Bobcat Services' Code of Practice for Ground Disturbance. Candidate will have a clean Class 5 license and his/her own mode of transportation to/from Head Office. Operators can expect to work 6 days/week, hours are Monday to Friday 6:30 to 6:30 and Saturdays 6:30 to 12:30 with some additional overtime opportunities. Operator Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-operational checklists on equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation (clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary).
Conduct trench work to the proper depth/grade which meets OH&S standards.
Ensure a sound understanding of the issues involving Ground Disturbance.
