In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and managing various aspects of our Supply Chain Operations within one of our state-of-the-art food production facilities.

This role is designed to develop and prepare you for future managerial positions within PepsiCo Foods, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, strategies, and culture.

You will work closely with senior managers, gain hands-on experience in different functional areas, and contribute to driving the success of our organization through cost, safety, quality, culture, and people leadership.

Engage in a structured training program to gain a deep understanding of PepsiCo Foods' business processes, products, and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.


People Leadership:

Working with and leading teams within manufacturing, warehouse, traffic/logistics, and/or maintenance, to acquire a well-rounded knowledge of the entire business ecosystem.


Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Analytical Insights :

Analyze data, market research, and performance metrics to derive actionable insights, assisting in the development of strategies and recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and business reviews to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.


Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration/management, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years experience in operations management, inclusive of 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role preferred within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environment.


Analytical Aptitude:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

Flexible and open to change, with the willingness to take on diverse assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
