Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities onsite
  • Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
  • Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project progress and communicate with team members
  • Provide guidance and support to construction crews, subcontractors, and other team members
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Experience in budgeting and cost estimation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in construction management or related field
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as needed

Pay:
From $90,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:
