We want to be the best, which means having the best staff, equipment, vehicles, shop and even the best customers.


Job description


We are hiring for lawn care, but we hope you will stick around through the transition to snow removal season too.


What you can expect:

  • Lawn care is challenging from a physical, environmental and scheduling perspective. You need to be in excellent physical health and be ready to be on your feet and actively working throughout the day.
  • This is not a landscaping or heavy equipment position. This is maintenance work done on residential lawns and small commercial lawns.
  • You will start with orientation and practical training, then you will work alongside an experienced operator until you have a demonstrated understanding of company and client expectations, safe and efficient operations, and customer service.

Must haves:

  • Recent experience in commercial snow removal or lawn care**
  • Class 5 Drivers License and Clean drivers abstract. You have experience driving pickup trucks with small trailers (under 20 feet and under 10,000 lbs)
  • Reliable personal transportation to and from the shop each day
  • No criminal record
  • You are physically fit, can push or pull up to 60 lbs at a time, and can also be on your feet for 10 hours per day.
  • You need to have basic gear such as comfortable footwear and appropriate clothes to be outdoors working during summer/winter
  • Be advised that this job can trigger allergies and asthma.

From $21.40 per hour
