Le poste
Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de projet principal accompli pour se joindre à notre équipe pour nos activités de services financiers.
Sous la responsabilité du premier vice-président, Technologie de gestion, le gestionnaire de projet principal participe à l'exécution d'initiatives globales visant à stimuler la transformation technologique et opérationnelle afin d'augmenter l'efficacité opérationnelle, de permettre la croissance des activités et d'atténuer les risques technologiques et opérationnels. Le gestionnaire de projet principal gérera une initiative de mise en œuvre PGI pour notre activité internationale de services financiers.

En tant que gestionnaire de projet principal, vous serez chargé de gérer le cycle de vie des projets technologiques, notamment :
- proposer des projets et en élaborer l'arrêté en collaboration avec les promoteurs commerciaux;
- planifier la mise en œuvre du projet avec les intervenants concernés;
- travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe de conception et de mise en œuvre de Technologie de gestion et le gestionnaire du changement pour assurer la réalisation du projet;
- surveiller l'exécution du projet, des résultats commerciaux établis et de la valeur ajoutée fournie;
- organiser et diriger des réunions de travail et sur l'état d'avancement du projet, en veillant à ce que les équipes se concentrent sur les résultats qu'elles se sont engagées à obtenir;
- anticiper les problèmes potentiels, suivre et classer par ordre de priorité les éléments, faciliter la résolution des problèmes.
- mener des interactions régulières avec le comité de direction et de la haute direction afin de l'informer, de l'alerter et de maintenir une relation constructive pour faire avancer le projet;
- établir de bonnes relations avec les intervenants des projets et communiquer avec eux afin de garantir l'harmonisation des attentes.
Votre contribution
En plus de normes en matière d'éthique incontestablement élevées, le candidat idéal possédera les caractéristiques suivantes :
- plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets et en leadership de la prestation de transformations technologiques et opérationnelles à grande échelle, notamment dans l'administration des clients principaux et la transformation des systèmes financiers;
- la capacité, la confiance et la maturité pour gérer des projets complexes et de grande envergure au sein de plusieurs équipes et zones géographiques et pour des intervenants multiples;
- capacité avérée à élaborer et à exécuter des plans de projet qui répondent aux objectifs de l'entreprise dans le respect des paramètres budgétaires et temporels convenus;
- excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, capacité de recueillir et d'analyser les données nécessaires, de formuler et d'évaluer des solutions de rechange et de recommander des solutions;
- connaissance approfondie des concepts, tâches et techniques de gestion de projets agiles ou hybrides;
- une expérience préalable de la mise en œuvre de projets de transformation à grande échelle à l'aide de Microsoft Business Central est un atout;
- excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite;
- excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ;
- jugement d'affaires éclairé ;
- attention au détail (grand souci des délais et de la précision, un atout);
- connaissance approfondie des principes et des méthodes de gestion de projet;
- un diplôme de premier cycle ou d'études supérieures en commerce ou en génie industriel est souhaitable.
