what you'll be doing
offer a welcoming environment that will cultivate long lasting & meaningful relationships with

our guests & community on a weekly basis + built around a tuesday-saturday work week

build a strong guest database that results in long-term relationships by gathering all guest

information

drive sales, overall store success by working towards reaching daily sales targets

attend training and further development meetings

execute weekly and daily merchandising flips that are results driven

liaison and communicate with other departments on a daily basis

ensure all proper signage is displayed and properly communicated to our guests

asset protection is top of mind and you have all eyes on the floor

maintain cleanliness within the store, including display cases, floor, glass and most importantly

the jewelry

effectively communicate bluboho's mission and vision to your team and guests alike

perform other duties as required

train store teams around knowledge of stones, material, the ring building process, and luxury

clienteling

qualifications
1-2 years sales experience in a luxury jewelry environment

GIA certification

flexibility to work a retail schedule is a must, weekends and holidays

work store-wide events and store inventory counts

work efficiently as a team and independently

strong planning and execution skills

a strong sense of priority and attention to detail

dedicated to high levels of a great guest experience

ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize
