Position Details
This position will appeal to OTs seeking a diverse community-based practice serving clients across the rehabilitation continuum. Duties include:
Conducting functional assessments & preparing reports Completing job site visits to develop rehab & GRTW plans Hospital discharge planning and assessments Home assessments to determine equipment & service needs Case management to facilitate client access to other health services Development and supervision of rehab assistant plans Liaising with funders, family and healthcare teamQualifications
Member of COTBC or eligible for registration Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with insurance payers is an asset Experience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable-
