Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products
- Analyze data and identify trends or patterns to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct quality control tests using various tools and equipment such as calipers and gauges
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement quality management processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities
- Participate in root cause analysis and problemsolving activities to address quality issues
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality technician or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with quality inspection tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
