Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Experience/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience (desired)
  • Valid Mississauga, ON driver's license (required)
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (required)
Stratus Building Solutions Mississauga Inc. offers a competitive commission structure with the opportunity to earn both commission and sales bonuses based on performance.
