À titre d'analyste, financement des sociétés au sein de l'équipe Énergies, services publics et infrastructures de la Financière Banque Nationale Inc. (« FBN »), tu participeras à une vaste gamme d'opérations dirigées par des membres chevronnés de l'équipe Financement des sociétés. Tu prendras part aux affaires de la firme et approfondiras tes connaissances du secteur Financement des sociétés.

**Ton emploi**
- Préparer du matériel de présentation pour soutenir le processus décisionnel de notre clientèle.
- Offrir du soutien dans la réalisation d'opérations de fusions et acquisitions ainsi que d'émissions d'actions et de titres à revenu fixe.
- Concevoir des modèles financiers complexes et des analyses de valorisation.
- Effectuer diverses recherches et analyses en lien avec le secteur et l'entreprise.
- Réaliser diverses tâches pour soutenir les membres de l'équipe chevronnés dans le cadre de leurs efforts liés aux propositions d'investissement et à la protection de la clientèle.

FBN est une firme de services de courtage de plein exercice entièrement intégrée maintenant une forte présence à l'échelle nationale et des capacités internationales. Ayant une réputation établie sur les marchés nord-américains, FBN se donne pour mandat d'ajouter des ressources de haut calibre à son groupe Financement des sociétés. Ce groupe est constitué de 170 professionnels situés dans des bureaux à Montréal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver et New York. Le groupe Financement des sociétés de la FBN est en plein essor depuis quelques années et connaît une solide croissance en ce qui concerne le flux de propositions d'investissement.

Le ou la titulaire devra concentrer ses efforts à l'analyse, la modélisation financière et les présentations écrites, et devra également démontrer une habileté à interagir efficacement avec la clientèle, les collègues et les autres conseillères et conseillers.

**Prérequis**
- Diplôme de premier ou de deuxième cycle en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe au secteur d'activité
- Connaissance des principes financiers fondamentaux et des marchés des capitaux
- Expérience en financement des sociétés, services-conseils en transactions ou en financement d'entreprise, un atout
- Expérience dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des services publics et des infrastructures ou connaissance de ces secteurs, un atout
- Maîtrise exceptionnelle de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Word
- Expérience de Bloomberg et Capital IQ, un atout
- Mentalité axée sur la résolution de problèmes, approche collaborative et excellent esprit d'équipe
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à bâtir des relations d'affaires de confiance
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
