We are currently looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to function as the point of contact between Ubiweb's subscribers and the internal teams, to act as a gatekeeper for web projects and be a key communicator between all stakeholders.

**What your day-to-day looks like**
- Work collaboratively with the web design and copywriter teams to communicate subscriber expectations for new website builds
- Collect subscriber changes in the pre-live stages
- Act as a consultant to propose products and solutions to help fulfill subscriber requests throughout the production process
- Coordinate between the subscriber and the web design team to assure the customer's vision comes to life, and that the web design team is able to work quickly and efficiently
- Being a quality ambassador for the entire Ubiweb team

**What you bring to the team**
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Experience with Web Design
- High level of organization
- Must be fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Knowledge in digital marketing is an asset (Website, SEO, SEM, Community management, etc)
- Excellent customer service skills particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Capability of excelling in a competitive work environment, being energetic and results driven

**À quoi ressemble ton quotidien**
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de conception de site web, ainsi que l'équipe de rédaction de contenu afin de bien communiquer et gérer les attentes des clients tout au long de la production de leur site web.
- Recueillir et transmettre les modifications demandées par les abonnés d'Ubiweb lors de la création des sites web.
- Agir en tant que consultant pour proposer des produits et des solutions afin de répondre aux demandes des abonnés tout au long du processus de production, et faire de la vente incitative si nécessaire
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de conception du site web et les clients afin d'assurer que la vision des clients est respectée et que l'équipe de conception puisse travailler rapidement et efficacement.
- Être en tout temps un ambassadeur pour l'équipe d'Ubiweb.

**Ce que tu apportes à l'équipe**
- Un minimum d'un an d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle.
- Expérience en conception de sites web.
- Très haut niveau d'organisation.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (parlé et écrit).
- Des connaissances en marketing numérique sont un atout (site web, SEO, SEM, gestion de réseaux sociaux...).
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, notamment en ce qui concerne la communication par téléphone, ce qui inclut une bonne capacité d'écoute ainsi que des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à performer dans un environnement de travail compétitif, énergique et axé sur les résultats.
