What You'll Be Working On:

Operations (33%)

  • Perform managerial duties including closing, opening and standing in for Market Manager when needed
  • Lead inventory management by implementing BOH standards, efficiently processing shipment (24 to floor), performing cycle counts, and optimizing stock room setup and organization
  • Take initiative with ideating new processes to streamline operations and collaborate with Market Manager to provide a better omnichannel customer experience
  • Supervise professional inventory counts as required
Visual Merchandising (33%)

  • Lead execution of window installs and takedowns in alignment with corporate Campaign Direction
  • Take ownership of merchandise presentation and maintenance to represent the brand vision and maximize revenue in accordance to visual guidelines
  • Maintain physical store cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and comfortable shopping environment
  • Ensure optimum product level volume is being upheld on the floor by restocking and communicating with the Market Manager when product levels are low
Customer Experience & Service (33%)

  • Customerfacing every day: provide bestinclass customer experience to all customers; fielding questions and providing upbeat, customized experience
  • Collaborate with Market Manager and Community Lead on coordination of events and activations, taking ownership of product operations and merchandising setup
  • Support and promote all streams of service provided by Kotn including but not limited to wholesale opportunities and omniservices from a retail level
  • Process cash operations with efficiency and accuracy by capturing customer optin to leverage for future marketing opportunities and to finalize the instore experience loop
  • Resolving CEO's in a timely manner in line with Kotn customer experience guidelines

Additional Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 12 years experience in a leadership role at a midvolume, customerdriven retail environment
  • Previous experience in operations and merchandise is a must
  • A diverse set of interests and skills
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Effectuer des tâches de gestion, y compris la fermeture et l'ouverture, et remplacer le chef de marché au besoin.

  • Diriger l'exécution de l'installation et du retrait des vitrines conformément à la direction de la campagne de l'entreprise.
  • Prendre en charge la présentation et l'entretien de la marchandise afin de représenter la vision de la marque et de maximiser les revenus conformément aux directives visuelles.
  • Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation du magasin physique afin d'offrir un environnement d'achat sûr et confortable.
  • S'assurer que le volume optimal de produits est maintenu sur le plancher en réapprovisionnant et en communiquant avec le chef de marché lorsque les niveaux de produits sont bas.
Expérience et service client (33 %)
- Être en contact avec la clientèle au quotidien : offrir une expérience de premier ordre à tous les clients, répondre aux questions et offrir une expérience personnalisée et dynamique.

  • Collaborer avec le Directeur de marché et le Responsable de la communauté pour la coordination d'événements et d'activations, en prenant en charge les opérations sur les produits et la mise en place du marchandisage.
  • Soutenir et promouvoir tous les flux de services offerts par Kotn, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les opportunités de vente en gros et les services multiples au niveau de la vente au détail.
  • Traiter les opérations de caisse avec efficacité et précision en recueillant l'adhésion des clients afin de les exploiter pour de futures opportunités de marketing et de finaliser l'expérience en magasin.
  • Résoudre les problèmes des PDG en temps voulu, conformément aux directives de Kotn en matière d'expérience client.
