Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing


The Team Leader, Operations Management is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of members of a smaller team within an operating unit ensuring the work is performed effectively to achieve high performance levels and outstanding customer service.

The role ensures the consistent execution of basic processes by supervising resource allocation, process adherence, compliance, change integration and process improvement.

The Team Leader follows established procedures to analyze situations, data, and processes to achieve business objectives. The role identifies and makes recommendations to improve employees' productivity, processes, tools, and services. This position is a 18 month secondment.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
