PRIMECorp MNI Administrator:


We are looking for an MNI Administrator who thrives on making a difference and who embraces challenges, variety, diversity and our corporate values of respect, integrity, collaboration, accountability and service.


Reporting to the Manager, Policy, Security & Review Services, the MNI Administrator is responsible for reviewing and resolving MNI duplicates via driver's license reports and other data extracts.

Utilizing your extensive knowledge of electronic police records file management procedures, you will assess entity information under review and liaise with administrators at our partner agencies to reconcile Known Offender records and other discrepancies.


Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be required to correct data entry errors, identify error patterns, and prepare reports, spreadsheets, statistics and records.

Demonstrating a high level of integrity, you will be responsible for processing highly confidential and sensitive material with discretion.

What you'll bring:

  • Completion of Grade 12, including or supplemented by courses related to the work plus sound related experience, or an equivalent level of training and experience
  • Previous experience in transcription and/or MI administration is considered a definite asset
  • Advanced skills in the PRIME-BC system, with a focus on RMS, CPIC, and CAD
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve a wide variety of data issues
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgement and action in all aspects of the work
  • The ability to collaborate and problem solve.

Security Requirements:


As a condition of employment at PRIMECorp, the required RCMP Secret Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained.

This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by PRIMECorp.

The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is five [5] years.
