This role is a Contract role with an estimated contract duration of 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Manage crucial material orders and supervise project staff at a managerial level.

Ensure all personnel are well-versed in project-specific protocols, systems, and responsibilities, and lead their functional training.

Plan and execute the procurement, planning, and logistics of commodities or engineered equipment in support of project operations.

Implement, manage, and monitor the Material Management Work Process using the approved Corporate Reference Tool to meet project requirements.


Review, analyze, and negotiate Terms and Conditions based on Prime Contract flow downs.

Analyze and independently recommend solutions to problems of varying complexity in line with organizational and project objectives.

Effectively organize and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards, and effectively develop and apply core skills to the job.

Requires ten years of experience in Material Management or Project Recruitment.

Capable of effective communication with a diverse audience that includes management, colleagues, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.

Possess the necessary job-related technical knowledge to fulfill the job requirements.

Capable of learning and applying knowledge of relevant local, state/province, and federal/national laws and guidelines.
