We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern for a full-time 12 month position.

We are seeking an innovative, and highly motivated individual to develop a quality assurance framework for THRIVE and will assist in collecting required statistics and drafting reports for submission to the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

What we need from you:

  • Postsecondary diploma or degree from a program in Data Analytics, Computer System Engineering, Statistics or related discipline
  • Nonprofit organization (NPO) experience is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and listening skills
  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to communicate professionally and courteously across all levels and positions
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently, balanced with a passion for supporting and working within a team and are committed to a collaborative, attuned, strengthsbased approach to problem solving and capacity building
  • Ability to work well under supervision
  • Ability to organize, and prioritize in a fastpaced serviceoriented environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • High level attention to detail and superior problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset
  • Satisfactory criminal background check and vulnerable sector screen (CPIC)
  • Proof of full COVID19 vaccination is required
