In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting client technical issues around ETL and database manipulations, providing technical solutions to some of the most challenging integration designs, contributing to the development of blueprint solutions that our clients can use as reference, and many more.

Your Responsibilities

Troubleshoot client technical issues using SSIS as the ETL platform along with our software. Create data integration solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and our software. Develop ETL packages that demonstrate best practices and our software capabilities. Coordinate and facilitate technical trainings. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve client issues/inquiries related to operating our software products. Contribute to the development of technical resources such as knowledge base articles, blog postings and technical documentation, write unit tests. Develop and execute test cases for KingswaySoft products as needed that interact with various enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Marketo, etc. Manage communications and expectations with client and maintain positive relationships. Leverage your technical experience, skills, training, and information tools to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

A very strong understanding of relational database systems and scripting Experience in troubleshooting technical issues including database connectivity, web service access Having some experience with performance tuning will be beneficial A software QA background, working with database and web service based applications, would be a huge plus Some knowledge and exposure with XML, JSON, OAuth will be very valuable Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AX, GP, NAV or SL, or other cloud, on-premises applications such as Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, Marketo is highly desired Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Prior training and consulting experience will be an asset
