WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To join our league of extraordinary HVAC Maintenance Technicians, you must possess the following traits:

  1. At least 3 years of experience performing HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and/or installation tasks.
  2. A valid driver's license to ensure reliable transportation to job sites.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
  4. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  5. Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
  6. Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. A valid HVAC technician license or certification (e.g., EPA 608 Certification) to demonstrate your expertise.
