Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety, and Compliance

  • Oversee Health and Safety procedures
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
  • Implement best practices for workplace safety
  • Provide regular safety training

Production Management

  • Supervise daily operations and production schedule
  • Collaborate with teams to prioritize orders and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure supply availability
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Maintain control over manufacturing processes

Quality Assurance

  • Work with QA team on quality improvement
  • Conduct audits for process enhancement

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and manage operational teams
  • Provide guidance and training for team enhancement
  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Implement cross-training programs

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Production Lead or Supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing and/or precision machining is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in driving process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
