As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
Build and Develop – software applications by understanding user needs, writing well-designed code, conducting validation/testing, and executing full SDLC from design through release
Be an Agile Person – with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines
Be an Effective Communicator – articulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills
Take Ownership – responsible for performance, reliability and implement changes for improving the efficiency of a technical component

You're a fit for the role of Senior Software Engineer if you have:
2-3 years of experience with any one of the modern front-end frameworks such as Angular (Preferred), React or Vue
5+ years experience in developing web applications and services using C# and .NET Core
1-2 years experience working with cloud-native applications and deployment on public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Interest or experience coaching junior and mid-level engineers
Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
Experience with test-driven development, pair programming, and automated testing frameworks
Understanding design patterns for scalability, performance, and reliability
