Underwriting Assistant -4 month Student (Summer 2023)

What you'll do here:

  • Provide support to regional underwriters, underwriting assistants, and the larger teams in a variety of capacities including but not limited to processing transactions
  • Provide legendary customer service to both our external and internal clients on the phone and in written correspondence.
  • Direct inquiries and assignments to the appropriate individual or unit.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by your manager.

This role will offer you the chance to:

What you bring to the table:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or College Degree in the Fall 2023 semester; those graduating in or before April 2023 will be considered graduates and will not be eligible for this opportunity.
  • Customer focused with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Selfdriven and capable of working on multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Agile and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Able to foster strong working relationships in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong computer skills and capable of navigating through various systems
