The CRA has introduced the requirement for on-site presence including hybrid work models where employees are required to work on-site at a CRA-approved location a minimum of two days per week or 40% of their regular monthly work schedule.

A number of individual and group exceptions to on-site presence may be granted based on individual situations and the nature of the work being performed.

Work arrangement agreements and specific circumstances may be discussed with the manager at the time of hiring.

You will work directly with senior management while managing a team to enhance and promote compliance.

The job duties listed are similar in relevancy and scope to the duties performed by employees of the Federal public service at the AU-05, EC-07, PE-06, CS-04, IT-04, and FI-04 groups and levels and higher.

Employees of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
AND Federal public service employees found under Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act.

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements.

Education


The CRA's minimum education standards for the MG- Management group**Some MG positions require a higher education standard based on the nature of their duties, business requirements, and/or the organizational context.

For example, specialized knowledge can be part of the educational requirement for some MG positions.

Other positions may require either eligibility for a recognized professional** designation or a degree from a recognized postsecondary institution with an acceptable specialization.

In accordance with the MG education standard, the
MG-AFS-06 position will also require one of the following education standards:

  • AU
  • Auditing

  • Economics, Sociology and Statistics

  • Computer Systems
