a person in charge of evening maintenance, he will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance and upkeep tasks in the common areas and apartments.

Full time day job. 4 days a week.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
