Sealtec Industries is looking to hire qualified asphalt maintenance workers for our 2023 season
Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including overtime & some weekend work will be required.

This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy winters on the mountains as our season is typically run from April - September depending on weather.

Crack sealing experience is not necessary to apply

Road maintenance worker duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Working outdoors
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Working around equipment
  • Ability to work with a group of people and can interact on a friendly and professional basis with other employees and customers
  • On time and able to work 911 hours daily
  • Must comply to Sealtec safe work procedures and on the job training
  • Punctual and Mature

Qualifications:

  • Valid class 5 driver's license with the ability to drive safely
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Team orientated
  • Must have own steel toed boots
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Contract length: 5 months

Salary:
$20.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
