Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our window cleaning services and generate leads.
  • Identify key decisionmakers within target organizations and build relationships to facilitate sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present customized solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the window cleaning industry or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of the window cleaning industry and an understanding of the services offered.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary:
$18.56-$19.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
