Job SummaryWhat is the opportunity?We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Field Sales team at RBC Insurance. As an accredited Life & Wealth Advisor, you will offer comprehensive insurance planning and advice to your network of referrals and new RBC clients. Your knowledge of RBC Insurance products allows you to provide tailored solutions based on client needs. Supported by internal partners, you will enhance client relationships through effective sales practices and opportunity spotting.
What will you do?
  • Connect with clients to understand their needs and provide financial advice
  • Promote a client-first approach in a digital environment
  • Develop relationships using customer tools
  • Contribute to team sales success
  • Expand your network through market opportunities and referrals
  • Review business results and adjust activities to meet targets
  • Uphold RBC's vision

What do you need to succeed?Must have
  • Postsecondary degree or equivalent
  • Life License Insurance certification
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Business development skills
  • Client relationship abilities
  • Sales experience
  • Referral network
  • Digital literacy

Nice to have:
  • Sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Industry Designations Preferred
