Who You Are

  • Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving, stocking, and recording products and materials into the ERP software.
  • Count and report inventory levels. Track of stock levels, and manage product allocation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including shelving, floor space, and loading docks.
  • Assist in the shipping and receiving of products and materials, including loading and unloading trucks and pallets.
  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on warehouse equipment when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that products and materials are received and distributed accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturers' specs
  • Write explanations of work performed, and review work orders accurately.
  • Charge out all parts used for the specific task.
  • Sets aside and tags parts that have been identified for repair by the service technician.
  • Reports damages, suspected chargebacks or additional work not stipulated on the work order to the team.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in training and reading technical bulletins and publications.

- _High school diploma or equivalent._
- _At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field._
- _Technical and mechanical expertise, with experience maintaining and repairing warehouse equipment._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members and management._
- _Strong attention to detail and organizational skills._
- _Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavy loads with assistance._
- _Ability to stand for hours, climb stairs, bend, squat, reach, grasp._
- _Must have flexibility in the work schedule as they may be asked to work an occasional Saturday or OT._
- _Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus._
- _Excellent communications skills._
- _Be energetic and self-motivated._
