Le Makeup Consultant est un spécialiste des produits. Il offre un service courtois et professionnel à tous les clients, tout en utilisant et en peaufinant ses habiletés artistiques. Il applique le maquillage au besoin, propose des rituels possibles et ajoute des produits et des outils complémentaires au panier du client.

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES**

**Service à la clientèle**
- Déterminer les besoins du client et lui proposer les produits adéquats en l'écoutant et en se servant des connaissances acquises lors des formations sur les marques ainsi que des technologies couleur en magasin
- Aider à former et à éduquer les autres membres de l'équipe, au besoin
- Les spécialistes de marques sont responsables de former les autres conseillers

**Présentation du magasin**
- Déterminer les besoins du client et lui proposer les produits adéquats en l'écoutant et en se servant des connaissances acquises lors des formations sur les marques ainsi que des technologies couleur en magasin
- Aider à former et à éduquer les autres membres de l'équipe, au besoin
- Les spécialistes de marques sont responsables de former les autres conseillers

**Marchandisage et exploitation**
- Veiller à ce que les normes de sécurit
- et de propreté soient respectées en tout temps
- Signaler les problèmes et les préoccupations concernant les stocks au(x) superviseur(s), au(x) responsable(s) adjoint(s) ou au responsable du magasin
- Faire respecter les politiques et procédures concernant les échantillons
- Participer à la vérification des stocks
- Certains conseillers désignés recevront aussi une formation pour remplir les fonctions des hôtes de caisse
