Our client, a Canadian company specializing in materials handling equipment across North America, is currently in search of a Sales/Service Manager for their GTA West office. The selected candidate will oversee financial performance, employee development, and branch servicing.



The role will involve managing the following teams:
inside/CSR, Field Reps, & Shop Manager

Duties

  • Contributing to the development of the company's business strategy
  • Supervising in-house repair jobs for quality, timeliness, and efficiency
  • Coordinating service activities with parts and sales departments
  • Proactively monitoring competitors, markets, products, threats, and opportunities, and taking appropriate measures
  • Engaging with key clients to enhance understanding of their requirements and optimize partnerships – including proposals, costing, quotes, etc.
  • Managing the branch's P&L and operations
  • Handling recruitment and leadership of the branch team
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, service, management, and operations
  • Relevant industry background in material handling, technical product knowledge, etc.
  • A proactive individual who is goal-oriented, competitive, professional, and a team player
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and related software
  • Demonstrated success in sales achievements
