A combination of these skills and experiences will set you up for success in this role:

  • At least four years of experience as an electrical industry professional working with transmission system asset management, facilities design, real-time operations, or regulatory compliance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in internal and external relationship building, group facilitation, and stakeholder engagement experience. The ability to guide large engagements in decision making in a variety of environments ranging from collaborative to oppositional is essential.
  • Applied use of project and program management and administration tools, including understanding of cost impact with regulatory requirements.
