JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Operate and maintain sandblast equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist all production positions in operations
  • Perform snow removal during winter months by operating snow blower or by manually shoveling
  • Assist in yard maintenance and clean up
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks
  • Perform housekeeping and minor maintenance duties
  • Identify quality issues and communicate these immediately to your Supervisor
  • Have full understanding of the work to be performed as directed by your Supervisor
  • Obtain technical support as needed to adequately complete work
  • Keep personal work area in a clean and tidy condition
  • Maintain a selfmotivated, positive and outgoing attitude
  • Any other duties as required by your Supervisor
  • Observe and perform all safety rules and precautions
  • At all times, be part of the team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Previous experience with a metal fabricator is an asset
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
