CN Customer Solutions & Innovation Engineering is looking for a Manager of Engineering Delivery to oversee the strategic supply chain logistics products.
Your role involves coordinating engineering activities for product portfolio delivery using SAFe/Scrum planning, ensuring the reliability of complex distributed systems.
As a seasoned engineering delivery leader, you will guide teams in developing top-notch engineering solutions and setting industry standards.
You will oversee the implementation of best practices in Software Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agility, in collaboration with the leadership and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Project Scoping - Transform business needs into delivery plans.
- Project Staffing - Form agile delivery PODs with skilled professionals.
- Project Delivery - Ensure quality project execution with regular reviews.
- People Management - Supervise direct reports, set goals, and foster career development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software engineering, leadership, and IT project management.
- 3+ years leading IT product deliveries using Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent.
- Experience in Engineering and Product Delivery management.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive software engineering expertise.
- Experience delivering high-quality enterprise products.
- Proficiency in program management and Agile practices.
- Managing all software SDLC phases.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java.
- Understanding of web and mobile development stacks, APIs, micro-services, Systems Integration, and DevOps.
