Controller
We are looking for a CPA with public practice accounting experience. We know this is a big ask so please WOW us with your incredible skills.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and reviewing bookkeeping consisting of AR, AP, and payroll
- Full cycle accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Review and reconciliation of all general ledger accounts
- Prepare intercompany transactions and monthly activities of fees [revenues]
- Supervise or execute monthend general ledger close ensuring timelines are met
- Support with yearend audit process and provide related document requests
- Bank and credit card statement reconciliations
- Creation of documents for internal controls
- Monthly and Investor forecasting
- Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements including variance analysis
