Great Blue Resorts owns and operates 8 private resort lakefront properties located throughout Ontario's cottage country. These properties offer outright ownership of beautiful pre-manufactured seasonal recreational cottages. Our resorts have full facilities including community areas, swimming pools, splash pads, multi-sports courts, playgrounds and beaches.

Overview

Our Resort Sales Administrator is a key administrative leader on the resort, responsible, with direction from our General Manager for successful paperwork and administration management, supervision and operation of the Sales Administration requirements.


Responsibilities include:

Sales Administration

  • Administration management of Sales documentation
  • Administrative management of sales personnel
  • Responsible for sales documentation, sales activity and sales financials from our internal sales system
  • Contractor Management: obtaining permits, distributing work orders to shipping companies, manufacturers, contractors, overseeing contractors.
  • Organizes timelines for completion of work orders


Inventory Management
  • Park Model inventory
Reporting

  • Produce weekly sales reports & activities
Customer Management

  • New customer file management
  • Customer account management
Sales

  • Sales of addon accessories (including sunrooms) to achieve aftersales budget
Other duties include

  • RV Show demonstrations
  • Assist Head Office and Sales Director
