- Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
- Ability to effectively relate to customers of all backgrounds, establish rapport and focus on customer enthusiasm
- Knowledge of sales/service procedures, processes, and followup
- Basic knowledge of company products (prices, models, series, options, warranties, vehicle maintenance, colors, standard equipment, specifications)
General Position Job Functions:
- Total lead management. In coming customer interest (Leads) to be managed from showroom, telephone, service dept, website, GM and other internet locations. These will be organized, measurable.
- Telephone sales: With Management assistance, telephone sales calls will be made both on a promotional basis and a customer retention basis.
Appointment coordination
- With sales staff and Management, organize systems for best results
- Goals and Results
- Monthly, weekly, and daily targets will be set and monitored striving for continuous improvement.
General Position Job Functions:
- Coordinate a customer contact approach across all departments
- Track dealership performance in customer followup and retention activities
- Assign new leads and orphan accounts to individual sales consultants
- Dealer Direct Marketing and appointment scheduling
- Learn how customer defines value and design a personalized contact strategyadaptability.
- Contact leads from all touch points: Dealer Direct, showroom, website, etc. and set appointments
- Administrative support for all correspondence; promotions, community events, mailers, service notification, birthday letters, etc.
- Lease/retail retention activities for all customers based on contact standards
- Make contacts to schedule regular maintenance, recalls and preventive services
- Up selling and providing information on services to customers
- GMPP lead strategy letter/brochure distribution and follow up callto verify warranty benefits and eligibility
- Respond to inbound customer requests and questions
- Update customer and vehicle information during every contact
- Address or escalate any potential issues identified by customer
- High level of customer interaction in the interest of generating customer enthusiasm
- Build strong interdepartmental relationships and train staff on the CRM tool if required
- Filter database for client promos, events or lead management
- Update websites for specials,photos, prices and writeups
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- New position will involve changes and growing with the job.
- Must be flexible working hours.
- Assist in other departments when required.
- Attend and complete all required training.
- Other duties as assigned
