solvent-less lamination processes and a strong understanding of tension
controls. This role involves operating and maintaining solvent-less lamination
machinery to ensure the production of high-quality packaging materials.

Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor solventless lamination machines, ensuring efficient and consistent production.
  • Set up machines for various production runs, including adjusting settings for material type, thickness, and tension controls.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  • Ensure all production activities adhere to safety standards and company policies.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Document production metrics, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during shifts.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and achieve production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating solventless lamination machines.
  • Proficiency in adjusting and managing tension controls on lamination machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced production environment.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
  • Understanding of Corona treatment and solventless lamination adhesives
  • Understanding of various flexible packaging materials, including conventional (PE/PET) and compostable films
  • Experience in slitting and rewinding of flexible packaging films
  • Previous experience with a digital ERP system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
  • Bonus: experience operating solventless lamination machines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
