Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling shipping logistics and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper inventory levels and availability of products for shipping.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and manifests in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange pickups, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, order updates, and addressing concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details in the company's systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory discrepancies, or customerrelated issues.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, customer service efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customercentric approach.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with order management systems and shipping software.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in handling shipment documentation and customer information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
