As Mindscope's Implementation & Training Manger, you will work on one of the major Univerus global products in the staffing and recruiting sector.

This will involve onboarding and training clients.

This position has a hybrid work arrangement, reporting into our Toronto office.


You will be an integral part of a small but growing team, responsible for a broad range of tasks such as identifying all new client requirements, collection of client documentation, building items, templates and catalogs, onboarding and training clients.


Strong project management and customer service skills together with an ability to analyze and escalate issues effectively though to resolution within our SLAs are critical to ensure quality service is consistently delivered to Mindscope's customers.

Role Details:

Responsibilities for the Implementation & Training Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as identifying all new client requirements, collection of client documentation, building items, templates and catalogs, onboarding and training clients.


  • Manage schedule with project resources and risk trackers within time framework
  • Partner and negotiate with business partners and external vendors to meet both project deadlines and milestones
  • Engage with customers to comprehend their desired outcomes; gather client requirements
  • Interface with the development team to assist in client implementations
  • Assist customers in building specific items, templates, catalogs and other related activities to prepare client instances for use.
  • Develop performance, project status, and meeting correspondence for consumption by various levels of management
  • Handle and resolve initial client requests during the implementation phase through launch
  • Convey customer feedback to the product and management teams to help Mindscope constantly improve its product offerings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing resources to stay current with product roadmap; update customer training materials (user manual, LMS etc).
