Job Title:
Games & Events Coordinator

Reports to:
Director, Business Operations

Job Overview
The Games & Events Coordinator is responsible for the Game Day Operations of the Club's
OPDL and League1 Ontario programs. This includes staffing, scheduling, planning and ensuring
the best possible on-field experience for the Talented Pathway programs. This is a part time
position, spanning the OPDL/L1 seasons for approximately 30 weeks, from early March to
mid/late-October.

Key Responsibilities

A. OPDL/League1 Ontario Game Day Management
Coordinate the delivery of OPDL and League1 game day operations. In
- attendance for all League1 Premier home matches.
  • Prepare all relevant documentation prior to and after game days to send to

- league management.
  • Manage game day inventory, ensuring all equipment is well maintained.

B. OPDL/League1 Ontario Administration
Support the Competitive Administrator and Talented Pathway Manager with any
- administrative tasks.
  • Update and maintain OPDL/League1 Ontario website pages.
  • Manage the program's Instagram page creating high quality and relevant content.

C. Communication
Work alongside the Talented Pathway Manager to effectively communicate any

schedule changes to teams, families and other relevant stakeholders on
platforms such as TeamSnap.

  • Update and monitor the club's internal game schedule database.
  • Create and communicate Athletic Therapist training and game schedules for the
season, informing the Athletic Therapists of any changes.

D. Video Recording

  • Manage and operate the "VEO" video systems for OPDL & L1 games.
  • Coordinate the recording and uploading sessions from the Veo within league

- mandated timeframes.
  • Maintain all VEO equipment, ensuring all equipment is kept in an orderly fashion.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Ongoing or completed postsecondary education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organization
- and time management skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service

Expectations
The part time role includes significant weekend and weeknight responsibilities, including
Saturday & Sunday matches. Attendance at all League1 Premier Home games is required. A
working week will consist of 30 hours that will be split between on field and administrative
duties, which can be completed remotely.
