Responsibilities:
- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
- Coach & motivate the members through 3545 min workout
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises
- Provide modifications and adaptations for participants with different fitness levels or limitations
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during classes
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Educate participants on the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area
Skills:
- You must have communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of participants
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate participants during classes
- Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and manage class schedules
- Proficient in English language to clearly communicate instructions and provide guidance to participants
- Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all participants
