Lead Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and highquality service to customers both onsite and in the shop
  • Diagnose and repair various types of vehicles, including ebicycles, mobility scooters, and esport bikes
  • Manage inventory and order parts as necessary
  • Call customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on repairs
  • Handle deliveries and pickups of vehicles as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and service work
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Keep the shop and mobile service vehicle clean and organized
  • Attend training and development sessions as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of an automotive certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary:
$20.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
