We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our IT Services Team as a Commerce Cloud Developer. This is a Regular Full-Time position for our National Office in Abbotsford, BC . The candidate can work out of any city within Canada.
The ideal Commerce Cloud Developer will have a strong background in Salesforce and Java development and will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud-based e-commerce platform. You will work with our team of developers and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new features and functionality for our platform, and will ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs Develop and maintain our cloud-based e-commerce platform using Salesforce and Java Build and maintain integrations with other systems, such as payment gateways and inventory management systems Develop and maintain customizations, such as product configurators, pricing rules, and promotions Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and design patterns Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in e-commerce and cloud computing Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that our platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performanceRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ Years Experience in Salesforce and Java development Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms Experience developing e-commerce platforms, preferably on Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience building integrations with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and inventory management systems Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs Experience with version control systems, such as Git Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalSalary range -$90K- $130K based on expereince
