Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental is located in the bustling concourse level of The Bay Adelaide Centre. We are conveniently located near Union Station, King Station and St. Andrew Station.
Our practice is fully equipped to provide dental health services in a safe, friendly and professional atmosphere, including general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, Invisalign, children's services, and much more

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday (9:00-6:00)
Tuesday & Wednesday (8:00-5:00)
Thursday (10:00-8:00)
Friday (8:00-4:00)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 1 year Dental Admin experience required
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset#LI-BD1
